About the position
Job Opportunity: Site Manager (Lesotho Nationals Only)
We are seeking a locally based Site Manager to join our team in Lesotho for a 1-year contract (with possible extension). This is a hands-on role based in a factory environment, and we’re looking for someone who can manage both operational and HR functions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day factory operations and ensure smooth shift rotations
- Coordinate medicals, PPE distribution, and compliance with safety standards
- Handle local HR and IR matters, including discipline, grievances, and general staff welfare
- Act as the key site contact for all workforce and management coordination
- Ensure all site processes run efficiently and in line with company policies
Requirements:
- Must be Lesotho-based and a Lesotho national
- Proven experience in a factory, construction or site-based environment
- Strong knowledge of HR/IR practices
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Able to lead by example and maintain a professional work culture on site
