Our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager / Site Agent to oversee the execution of large-scale solar PV projects across multiple mining and industrial clusters. This role is critical for ensuring safe, on-time, and high-quality project delivery while managing EPC teams and ensuring compliance with technical and HSE standards. Lead and oversee on-site project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, and safety standards.
Manage QA/QC processes, approve method statements, and ensure timely NCR close-out.
Coordinate and supervise EPC contractors, subcontractors, and site teams.
Provide accurate and timely reporting on site progress, risks, and milestones.
Always maintain compliance with HSE and industry standards.
Support project planning, resource allocation, and operational decision-making.
10+ years' experience in site management, preferably in large-scale construction or energy projects.
At least 2 projects completed in the solar PV sector.
Strong knowledge of site execution, QA/QC, HSE, and EPC management.
Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary site teams effectively.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel to remote project sites in North West, Mpumalanga, and Limpopo.
