Your responsibilities would be to oversee the entire operation of a site, ensuring efficient production of aggregate or mineral materials, maintaining high safety standards, optimizing equipment utilization, and managing site personnel. The Site Manager is responsible for achieving production targets, minimizing downtime, and ensuring the site operates within budget and environmental regulations.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Mining, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (advantageous).
Minimum 2–3 years in a supervisory or management role.
Sound knowledge of crushing and screening equipment (e.g., jaw, cone, impact crushers; mobile and fixed plants).
Familiarity with equipment from manufacturers like Metso, Sandvik, Terex, or similar.
