About the position
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable company based in Roodepoort, for an experienced Site Manager to oversee and direct electrical construction projects from conception to completion. The successful candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all aspects of electrical construction projects, from planning to completion. Coordinate and supervise site workers and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow. Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence to both. Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management. Maintain accurate records of site activities, including materials, equipment, and personnel. Manage payroll timesheets and ensure proper documentation of work hours. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. Requirements: Minimum 10 years' experience in the electrical/construction industry. Trade qualification in electrical work or a related field is an advantage. Proven experience in managing construction sites, teams, and subcontractors. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
