About the position
Key Responsibilities Site Identification and Evaluation Research and identify suitable locations for outdoor media installations. Assess potential sites based on location, zoning regulations, size, access, and visibility. Collaborate with internal teams to align site selection with project requirements and branding strategies. Due Diligence Conduct thorough due diligence, including environmental assessments, zoning compliance, and risk evaluations. Coordinate with legal, engineering, and environmental teams to ensure site viability. Negotiations and Acquisitions Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and real estate professionals. Negotiate purchase agreements, leases, and other acquisition contracts. Ensure all agreements align with organizational objectives and budget constraints. Permitting and Approvals Secure necessary permits and approvals from local authorities for outdoor media installations. Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with zoning, land use, and environmental regulations. Project Management Develop and maintain timelines for site acquisition processes. Monitor project progress and report on milestones and challenges. Work closely with cross-functional teams to transition acquired sites to the installation phase. Required Qualifications Proven experience in site acquisition, real estate development, or a related field. Strong understanding of zoning regulations, environmental assessments, and permitting processes. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management and data analysis tools. Ability to travel to project sites as required.
