We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Showroom Manager to oversee the daily operations and elevate the client experience at our flagship Gardens showroom in Cape Town. This role is crucial for showcasing our commitment to quality, design, and exceptional service.

The Role:

As the Showroom Manager, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for creating an inviting and inspiring environment for our B2B clients and design partners. You will lead a team, manage all showroom activities, and ensure every client interaction is a seamless and professional experience. This position is ideal for an organized and personable professional with a passion for high-end furniture and interior design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Showroom Operations: Manage and maintain the showroom's appearance, ensuring it is impeccably organized, visually appealing, and reflects the premium nature of our brand.

  • Client Relations: Greet and engage with clients, providing expert guidance on our furniture collections and solutions.

  • Sales Support: Support the sales team by facilitating client meetings, product presentations, and design consultations within the showroom.

  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor a small team of showroom staff to ensure outstanding service and product knowledge.

  • Inventory & Logistics: Oversee showroom inventory, manage incoming and outgoing product samples, and coordinate with the logistics team.

  • Event Management: Plan and execute showroom events, product launches, and workshops to attract new clients and strengthen industry relationships.

  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor showroom performance, client feedback, and market trends to provide valuable insights to management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Experience/Education:

3-5 years of experience in a high-end retail, showroom, or hospitality management role.

Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.

A keen eye for interior design and an appreciation for quality craftsmanship.

Desirable Qualifications (An Advantage):

Experience with B2B sales or client management.

A Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Business, or a related field.

Compensation:

We offer a basic salary of R20,000 per month.
