About the position

A Short Term Insurance Company in Faerie Glen, Pretoria East is looking for a Short Term Insurance Administrator

• Interact in professional manner with all clients (internal and external) in respect of new applications and amendments.
• Updating databases / data capturing.
• Answers client's inquiries and questions regarding short term insurance products, services and option changes.
• Responds to the regular and routine client inquiries regarding short term insurance claims, products and service.
• Assisting walk-in clients with queries.
• Assistance in administrative back-end related support services.
• The candidate will be responsible for cold calling new prospects out of an office environment.

Requirements:

• Matric.
• Good communication skills in both Afrikaans & English.
• Computer literate (Advanced level).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to build and maintain good working relationships.
• Have a tenacious, energetic and outgoing personality.
• FAIS (RE5 & required credits) & Short-term insurance experience will be an advantage
