About the position

Exciting Opportunity: Retail Property Portfolio Manager (Johannesburg)
Client: Leading JSE-Listed Property Development & Investment Group - REIT)
Johannesburg | Permanent | Travel Required

One of our leading clients, a high-growth property development and investment group (REIT) is seeking a Retail Property Portfolio Manager to support the Asset Manager overseeing a national retail portfolio.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional with strong administrative, reporting and presentation skills, and solid retail property experience. The role will involve regular travel across sites and attendance of management meetings in Johannesburg.

You're a great fit if you have:

  • 5+ years experience in retail property / shopping centres (essential)
  • Experience in centre management, portfolio management, OR asset management support
  • Strong track record of tenant relations, leasing coordination, budgets & reporting
  • Ability to work across multiple centres/retail assets
  • Exceptional administrative, reporting, coordination & presentation capabilities
  • Ability to manage stakeholders, tenants, and service providers
  • Willingness to travel frequently and attend meetings on site (approx. every 2 months)
