About the position
The purpose of this poisition is to ensure effective centre management that delivers and sustains targeted returns from a property investment perspective. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Financial Management Prepare, manage, and present annual budgets and forecasts. Work with operations to plan and manage short- and long-term maintenance. Leasing, Vacancies & Renewals Ensure timely lease renewals and manage tenant exits and reinstatements. Source prospective tenants, manage negotiations, and conclude leases. Arrears & Credit Control Monitor tenant arrears and liaise weekly with credit control. Report arrears monthly and recommend bad debt write-offs when required. Centre Operations & Presentation Ensure a high-quality customer experience through effective cleaning, security, access, and overall centre presentation. Marketing & Brand Management Contribute to and oversee the annual marketing strategy and budget. Control marketing expenditure and supplier invoicing. Team & Agency Management Lead and manage centre and marketing teams or appointed agencies. Ensure effective collaboration, communication, and community engagement. Reporting Compile and submit monthly management and marketing reports, and any additional reports required by the Asset Manager. Minimum Requirements: Advantage:
