Position: Factory Shop Assistant
Location: Spearhead Business Park, Montague Drive, Montague Gardens, Cape Town,

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service Excellence: Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to
customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
2. Stock Management: Assist in receiving, organizing, and maintaining accurate inventory
levels and to ensure products are readily available for customers.
3. Must be able to move/handle heavy boxes.
4. Sales Support: Work collaboratively with management to promote products, upsell, and
cross-sell to meet and exceed sales targets.
5. Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the shop floor and display areas clean, tidy, and well organized
for a welcoming atmosphere.
6. Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card
transactions with precision.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must be proficient in math skills for cash handling and inventory control.
