About the position

Key Duties

• To ensure top quality ships agency service are rendered to all clients (external and internal)
• To order & confirm all services promptly.
• To meet client's & SSA KPIs.
• To assist in representing the company at port authority and SAASOA meetings.
• To handle Non Liner vessel requirements and vessel operations.
• To update system - SSA LIVE / PORT360 / IPMS / AFSYS.
• To reconcile and sign off vendor and port invoices and submit SDA to accounts within the required time period as per SSA KPI.
• Sending PDA's and detailed information to principals.

REQUIREMENTS

• MS Office Suite
• 3yrs + Ship Agency experience
• Code 08 drivers licence (essential)
• Own reliable Vehicle ( essential )

• Grade 12 / Matric
