SHIFT SUPERVISOR  - Engineering Qualification

Manufacturing, FMCG or Paper&Pulp Industry experience

SHIFT SUPERVISOR with Manufacturing, Paper&Pulp/Tissue or FMCG Industry experience - Reporting to Production & Factory Manager

Qualifications/Skills:

National Diploma or NQF Level 6 in:
   Mechanical/Electrical OR Industrial Engineering Engineering
   Operations Management OR Production Management
Minimum 5 Years' experience in a Manufacturing,
   Paper&Pulp/Tissue  OR FMCG Industry
B-Tech Degree & Supervisory Development Program - AN
   ADVANTAGE, but not Mandatory


Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise & Lead a Team of Mechanical & Electrical Engineers.
• Ensure smooth Operations & Production Processes during assigned Shifts.
• Oversee Maintenance activities & Troubleshoot any Technical issues.
• Coordinate with other Departments to optimize workflow & efficiency.
•  Willing to work Overtime, Weekends & Public Holidays, if and when requested
• Clean Criminal Record - will be verified
