About the position

A dynamic organization based in the East Rand is looking to employ a Health & Safety Officer with 5 – 10 years’ experience in a similar role
Minimum Requirements

• Matric
• Valid Drivers License & Own Vehicle
• SAMTRAC or equivalent (Highly Advantageous)
• Based at client premise  
• MS Office & Syspro
• 5 – 10 years’ experience in a similar role
• Must come from the Manufacturing, Steel or Production Industry
• Responsible for ensuring a safe, healthy and environmentally responsible work environment
• Maintaining quality standards by identifying hazards, assessing risks and implementing safety measures
• Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment
• Safety Procedures and Protocols
• Training and Communication
• Incident Investigation
• Compliance and Audits
• Inspections and Audits
• Collaboration, Quality Assurance & Control
