About the position
SHEQ Administrative Assistant
Region:Alrode
To assist the SHEQ Management Team to increase their operational efficiency by performing clerical administration duties required by the SHEQ Management System and its operations.
EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
KEY WORK OUTPUTS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Applying inputs from all functions within the SHEQ Management Team to update the documentation for the SHEQ Management Systems, its Processes and relevant Templates
Creating and maintaining, in collaboration with relevant internal stakeholders, registers, databases and any
other processing ability required to provide evidence related to the SHEQ Management System such as:
NCR & Incidents Register as well as Report administration
Internal Audits Programme
Action Plan Registers and administrative support
Monitoring & Measuring Devices Management
Master Sample Management
SPC Data capturing
MSA Data capturing
COC administration; etc.
Coordinating and providing administrative support for the activities as required in 2.3 such as scheduling, communication and follow up
Maintaining of documented information may include scanning, filing, retrieval and disposal of documentation
Add Hoc clerical Delegations & Tasks as required by the SHEQ Manager
Working in accordance with all current, and future organizational Policies, Procedures, Conduct Codes and any other Governance required by the Company

Additional Education Advantageous:
Any additional education on Computer Literacy
Any additional education in Quality Assurance related fields
Skills Required:
Minimum Typing Speed of 35 - 40 words per minute
Good Planning Skills and Interpersonal Skills
Good Communication Skills – Verbal & Written
