WE'RE HIRING: SHEET METAL DESIGNER (NOT A BUTTON PUSHER - A BUILDER)

Location: Manufacturing floor meets real-world impact

You don't just draw parts.
You design what gets built, welded, folded, and shipped into the real world.

We're a fast-moving sheet metal & fabrication company looking for a sharp, energetic Sheet Metal Designer who wants to see their designs come alive on the factory floor - not sit in a drawing folder.

If you get excited by flat patterns, tight tolerances, clever assemblies, and solving production headaches before they happen... keep reading.

What you'll do:

• Design production-ready sheet metal components & assemblies
• Create accurate flat patterns, bend allowances & BOMs
• Work directly with laser, bending, welding & production teams
• Improve designs for cost, speed & manufacturability
• Turn ideas into real fabricated products (fast)

You won't be stuck in a silo.
You'll work where design meets reality - daily.

What you need:

• Experience in sheet metal design (essential)
• Strong CAD skills (SolidWorks / AutoCad)
• Understanding of bending, laser cutting, welding & fabrication
• Ability to design for production - not just for looks
• Fast, practical, problem-solving mindset

Bonus if you:

• Have worked in a fabrication or manufacturing environment
• Can walk onto a shop floor and solve problems with artisans
• Think in 3D and build in real life
