About the position
ServiceNow-based custom application development.
Review and streamline existing code, including API’s / interfaces.
Transfer custom code into the ServiceNow standard framework.
Development and conception of new features.
Supporting of our ServiceNow customers regarding their Service structures.
Creating and updating documentation of user guides and guidelines including Operations manuals.
Minimum Requirements:
Qualifications/Experience:
Fluent English-speaking, including Business reading and writing.
Information Technology Qualification or relevant degree.
ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
Minimum of 5 years working experience in IT, specifically ServiceNow.
Team-Player (working in an international environment and team.
Essential Skills Requirements:
Experience in ServiceNow-based custom app development.
Experience in enterprise Risk and Compliance and Integrated Risk Management.
Experience in the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
Experience in integration with, REST API, NOW API, and SAP.
Experience with UI Builder, Service Portal Designer, Themes and Widgets.
Experience in integrating complex business information and technical requirements.
Advantageous Skills Requirements:
Knowhow in technical governance and streamlining existing solutions.
Experience with ITIL™ V4 Foundation.
Experience with Agile Methodology.
Ability to conceptualise complex information, but also delve into the details when required.
Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter.
Scaled Agile SaFE Certification.
ITIL V4 post-Foundation Certification (e.g. Create, Deliver and Support – CDS).
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, Risk and Compliance (CIS-RC).
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
SAP experience with ODATA and Reporting.
SAP Analytics cloud, Datasphere & Power BI.
German speaking.
Excellent Communication skills.
Ability to relate to a variety of stakeholders at different organisational levels.
Strong interpersonal skills, including Intercultural understanding.
Able to work under pressure and be resilient in stressful situations.
