About our client:

What you will be doing:
- Own and continuously evolve the ServiceNow platform architecture, aligning it with business goals and long-term strategy.
- Design and implement custom ServiceNow solutions, including apps, workflows, scripts, and integrations.
- Lead integration efforts between ServiceNow and other enterprise or third-party systems.
- Perform daily platform administration, including user management, access control, upgrades, and security settings.
- Manage incident resolution, service requests, and troubleshooting to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Monitor system health, conduct audits, and perform regular maintenance tasks.
- Create and maintain catalogue items, reports, dashboards, and automation tools to boost operational efficiency.
- Ensure alignment with ITSM best practices, governance frameworks, and internal security policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to train users, offer support, and promote ServiceNow best practices.
- Maintain detailed documentation for workflows, configurations, and operational processes.
- Stay current with ServiceNow updates, enhancements, and industry trends, and implement relevant improvements.
What our client is looking for:
- A relevant tertiary degree (IT, Computer Science, etc.)
- ServiceNow certifications - Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Technical Architect (CTA), etc.
- ITIL Foundation Certification
- 5+ years experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
- 5+ years working with ITSM platforms, including full ticketing and change management life cycles
- 2+ years in a ServiceNow Architect role, with end-to-end design and development responsibility
- Strong expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, or CSM)
- Proven experience with custom application development within ServiceNow, platform integrations and workflow automation and optimisation.
- Experience collaborating within multinational teams across time zones.
