About the position
An experienced ServiceNow Consultant with strong functional and technical expertise to lead and support high-impact ServiceNow initiatives. This individual must be capable of engaging confidently with senior stakeholders, shaping solutions, and driving delivery across complex enterprise environments. 6-12 month contract position. Key Requirements: ServiceNow Expertise: Functional Strengths: Technical Capability: Certifications (Preferred): Communication will be with shortlisted candidates only.
Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience across core ServiceNow modules
Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Strong understanding of platform architecture, integrations, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide, Flow Designer).
Experience facilitating workshops, gathering business requirements, and driving process improvements.
Able to challenge and advise clients on best practices, roadmap alignment, and platform optimization.
Strong knowledge of ITIL and enterprise service management.
Proficient in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform, including workflows, UI policies, business rules, and REST/SOAP integrations.
Able to lead technical design discussions and oversee end-to-end platform development.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Comfortable presenting to and influencing senior leaders (CIO, CTO, and functional heads).
Strong communication and consulting skills with a professional presence.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Required
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (any module) - Preferred
ITIL v4 Foundation - Preferred
