About the position
Our client is seeking an experienced Service Support Coordinator to join the Isando, Johannesburg team,
· Provide effective technical service support and managing the warranty process across branches, dealers, and customers
· Ensure all warranty claim submissions and OEM Payments are accurately submitted
· Ensure development of Technical staff
· Ensure training completed against compiled training schedule for branches and dealers.
· Pro-active manage KPI's to manage machine and SOS alerts and Pre-service advanced planning
· Ensure achievement of OEM/Dealer global targets - Actuals versus targets, managed monthly
Requirements· Grade 12
· Mechanical Trade Test
· Minimum 3 – 5 years technical experience in the earthmoving industry
· Minimum 2 years experience in the warranty processes
· Valid drivers license
