Service Sales Engineer

About the position

Seeking a results-driven Service Sales Engineer with compressor industry experience to grow aftermarket sales and manage customer relationships in the Jet Park area.



 

 




 

 

 


 


 



 

 
 




 
















Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory action plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Promote and sell aftermarket service products (repairs, service plans, overhauls, audits, and advanced services).
• Grow service contract penetration and increase serviced equipment relative to installed base.
• Prospect for new business and expand the customer base within the assigned area.
• Conduct regular customer visits and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, opportunities, and orders.
• Maintain accurate records and pipeline management in CRM (C4C).
• Prepare and submit sales performance and customer feedback reports.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Technical or Sales & Marketing qualification (advantageous).
• 3–4 years’ experience in customer service or technical sales.
• Industrial compressor industry experience.
• CRM system experience.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong sales, communication, and organizational skills.
