Our client is looking for a skilled Service Desk Engineer (L2) to join their dynamic IT support team. Key Responsibilities
- Provide second-line technical support for escalated incidents and service requests
- Troubleshoot issues across Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and networking
- Ensure tickets are resolved within agreed SLA timelines
- Support end-users via remote tools, calls, and onsite assistance when required
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access (AD/Azure AD)
- Maintain detailed documentation and update knowledge base articles
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers while ensuring ownership throughout
Experience & Skills | Ideal Profile
- 2–5 years’ experience in IT Support / Service Desk (L2 level)
- Strong experience with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
- Proven ability to handle ticket queues and escalations in SLA environments
- Solid troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and basic networking
- Experience using ITSM / ticketing tools
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, N+, Microsoft) advantageous
