About the position
(The role is fully REMOTE and on a 12 month Contract.) The primary focus of the role is service delivery ownership and coordination, ensuring that customer engagements are wellstructured, deliverable and aligned with business objectives. A solid technical foundation in network engineering is mandatory as the role requires the ability to understand, challenge and shape technical solutions, particularly during early customer discussions and pre-sales activities. This is a hands-on delivery-oriented role, not a pure Project Manager nor a pure Network Engineer, but a balanced profile combining: Key Responsibilities: (a) Service Delivery Ownership (Primary Focus) (b) Service Presales & Opportunity Support (Complementary Responsibility) (c) Technical Oversight (Network Engineering Background) (d) Financial & Commercial Accountability Fully remote role based in South Africa Requires: REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND 5-8 years of experience, including: Strong understanding of: Experience interacting with: PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR Delivery-focused professional with strong technical credibility Mature enough individual to operate independently
