Position: Service Desk Delivery Manager (ISP)
Location: Johannesburg North
A leading ISP is looking for an professional, customer-centric Service Delivery Manager to join their dynamic team! You MUST come from the ISP industry and have the relevant experience in service delivery with an excellent track record. Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree/tertiary qualifications or Certifications
- 5 years + relevant service delivery experience with strong networking, telecommunications background
- Knowledge of a wide variety of network solutions, standards and protocols
- Experience in working with multi-cultured employees
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to take ownership of projects and initiatives with minimal supervision
- Ability to work under pressure and is stress tolerant
- Strong leadership/ team building/ decision making attributes
- Expertise in defining process and ensure the implementation within the Service Delivery Organisation; exposure to Best Practices is necessary
