About the position
Key Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years in site management or key account consultant capacity.
- 3 to 5 years in management of head count on various accounts with experience to payroll functions.
- Minimum 3 years site\ project management experience.
- Valid SA drivers Licence and Own car (in working reliable condition) as there will be a lot of driving.
- Retaining and growing current client headcount where opportunities exist
- Develop customer strategies for performance metrics, escalation management and communication
- Oversee resources based at client sites.
- Ensure thorough feedback to all project stakeholders
- Managing all orders on site effectively.
- Enforce all workplace policies and procedures.
- Prepare and submits weekly and monthly reports to all stakeholders in line with SLA requirements.
- Manage customer accounts on Contract Management and Payroll System
- Identify gaps and develop corrective plans.
- Driving any issues raised by stakeholders with the management team.
- Knowledge of BCEA & LRA
Qualifications:
- Matric / Grade 12
- Diploma/ Degree in Industrial Relations or Human Resources
- Certificates: Safety (OHS Legal Liability, Hazard identification and Risk assessment, Assess a worksite and prepare a fall protection plan.
Experience:
- Experience within the "MEIBC" space (Big Bore - Small Bore Pipe fitters, Boiler makers, Electricians, Fire Watchers, Quality Controllers, Riggers, Welders, etc.)
- 3-5 years project management and payroll experience
