About the position
DUTIES:
- Daily control and follow up on all routine services to ensure services stays up to date
- Plan routines accordingly when faced with holidays to ensure that all services stay up to date - pest control
- Liaising with and or supplying services to clients to keep them informed of scheduled visits
- Updating routing of clients when changes are required
- Supervise and assisting with loading and offloading of vehicles as well as checking paperwork and stock to match and signing off on checks done
- Managing of fuel cards, petrol slips on a weekly basis. All slips to be accounted for
- Managing of weekly vehicle checklists
- Control OPSI - ensure devices are handled correctly, provide necessary training, services closed on the system and discrepancy reports are dealt with daily. Conduct debriefing daily.
- Responsible for the issue and return of the OPSI devices and vehicle keys/fuel cards daily from the service teams - teams to sign receipt and return.
- Assist with monthly stock take
- Attend to and coordinate weekly training of service staff
- Liaising with customers telephonically to schedule installations
- Booking services with clients and staff and ensuring bookings are honored
- Dealing with customer complaints in a professional manner and resolving their issues within a reasonable time.
- Filing all documents daily physically and electronically
- Ensuring service targets are met, on time services, handheld usage, servicing in sequence and staff complete all services in full
- Checking routes during the day to ensure that staff do not deviate from their route
- Monthly stock checks for Deep Clean and Pest Control teams to ensure they have sufficient equipment to complete tasks
- Ensure all staff have uniform and PPE to complete their tasks
- Assist managers with fleet management, to ensure that vehicles are serviced in time with service intervals, that vehicles are roadworthy at all times, and that driver behavior is in line with applicable road traffic laws of the Republic of South Africa
- Performance of reasonable tasks other than what is stated above
- 2-3 years' service-related experience / supervisory or team leader experience
- Direct management of service teams to achieve service Key Performance Indicators
