Job Description: Additional duties involve maintaining communication between service and sales departments, analyzing sublet reports, and adhering to company policies and procedures. Minimum Qualifications and Requirements: Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensuring prompt response and resolution of breakdowns while maintaining professionalism and meeting company KPIs.
Responsibilities include coordinating technician scheduling, ensuring timely completion of service jobs, and assisting in obtaining valid order numbers.
You'll manage technician planning, STH (Short Term Hire) services, used stock, sublets, costing, invoicing, and administrative support for the Service Manager.
