About the position

Ability to understand the client's needs when they call in
Computer skills essential, preparing quotations sending them to the client (previous exp on a system that you can do quotes on and then invoice is essential such as Pastel, Syspro, Sage our client has their own system but will train. Also, a system that tracks stock
Once received the go ahead from a client Open a job card
Book out spares as well as technicians to go do the job on site.
Once technicians are back from their jobs, you need to compile all the details, spares used, time spent on the job, kms traveled as well as other resources to compile the correct invoices. (very pressurized environment with many teams going out to clients on the mines) this person needs to be focused and pay attention to detail.
Ability to handle a highly pressured environment essential

About The Employer:

Our client based in Brits (Nort West Province) is seeking a Service co-ordinator with experience in Heavy Earthmoving Equipment. This person will deal with clients who need technical support as well as quotations. Previous exp in Internal Sales with Heavy Earthmoving Equipment within Mining might be suitable for this role.
