About the position
We are recruiting a Service Centre Consultant to join the Centurion Head Office of a multinational firm. Minimum Requirements Overview of position Salary Bracket
Grade 12
Tertiary qualification would be an advantage
3+ year's experience in a sales administration & customer service role
Experience working on SAP/BAAN/Salesforce or similar ERP system
Actively engage with customers to provide a memorable experience.
Respond to high volume customer requests, cope with fast paced and pressurized environment.
Enter quotes and orders with a high level of accuracy.
Assist the finance department when necessary to resolve billing issues.
Provide product information, answer customer inquiries, and verify stock.
Provide order status, tracking and invoices upon request.
Update account details and changes in Salesforce and ERP systems.
Collaborate with shipping, sales, marketing and finance to enhance customer experience.
Educate customers on how to use the website and online account access for quick self-service options.
Manage accounts by offering various service and sales solutions to assist customers: e.g. expedited ordering.
R18 000 to R25 000 p/month, depending on experience, qualification(s) and current/previous salary
