Job Title: Service Advisor
Location: Sandton, Johannesburg
Salary: R15,000 basic + incentives

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main liaison between customers, technicians, and the workshop.
- Manage the full service booking process, including appointment scheduling, vehicle check-ins, and documentation.
- Ensure a smooth service workflow by coordinating inspections, service plans, and approvals via Evolve and IAL platforms.
- Maintain customer communication throughout the service lifecycle (3 daily touchpoints).
- Process warranty claims and ensure compliance with OEM standards and timelines.
- Handle service campaigns, customer surveys, invoicing, and service documentation accurately.
- Conduct final quality checks before vehicle handover, including vehicle cleanliness, paperwork completion, and book stamping.
- Maintain service trackers, filing systems, and perform next-day follow-ups with customers.
- Promote labour and parts sales to walk-in and existing clients.
Requirements:
- 3–4 years’ experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership environment (corporate/volume brand experience preferred).
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.
- Proven ability to meet booking and service targets (e.g. 120+ cars/month).
- Competent in Evolve, IAL, and MS Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
- Valid driver’s license.
