What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it) This role will see you right at the heart of operations for 2 companies in a group of companies. You'll coordinate service orders, schedule appointments, and liaise with customers to make sure everything runs like clockwork. You'll keep meticulous records, manage inventory and spare parts, and support the engineering team with admin, logistics, and documentation. You'll also handle warranty processes, control service-related costs, and follow up on outstanding quotes - all while ensuring the service department is set up for success. Where you'll be doing it You'll be joining a global leader in sustainable adhesive application systems, known for engineering excellence and innovation. You'll be based in Honeydew, Gauteng and it's an office based role that's Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. What you'll need We'd love it if you have a degree (preferably in business, logistics, or a technical field) but you must have a Matric qualification. With at least two to three years of experience in a fast-paced coordination or service admin role with some stock related experience. We're ideally looking for someone from a technical type industry like engineering as the stock you'll be dealing with will be of this nature. Strong admin skills, great attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset are non-negotiable. If you love solving problems, and enjoy working with both internal and external stakeholders, you'll do well in this role.
