About the position
Service & Operations Coordinator - Roodepoort
Looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage scheduling, invoicing, and stock in a fast-paced service department.
What You'll Do:
- Schedule maintenance and installation calls
- Prepare quotes & daily invoices
- Manage stock & resolve discrepancies
- Communicate with clients & technical staff
- Support special projects and planning
What We're Looking For:
- Matric + 5 years' relevant experience
- Invoicing/financial experience
- Client service & stock management skills
- Strong Excel & MS Office knowledge
- CRM experience (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
- Excellent communication & attention to detail
- Clear criminal & credit record
- Based in Roodepoort
