SEO Account Manager (CPT Remote)

About the position

ENVIRONMENT:

A UK-based SEO Specialist wants a highly driven SEO Account Manager with a passion for SEO & client satisfaction to join its dynamic team and make a significant impact on its clients' online presence. In this role, you will be the pivotal link between clients and delivery teams, ensuring seamless communication. Your primary responsibilities will include understanding client's business goals and building an SEO strategy to achieve those goals. You will also liaise with technical staff, content staff and conduct analysis. The successful candidate will possess a suitable Marketing/Communications or similar Degree with 5 years SEO experience with a proven track record of successful client communication and a high level of proficiency with SEO tools and analytics platforms. You must also be able to interpret large data sets and have excellent problem-solving skills.

 

DUTIES:

Client Interaction –

• Regularly meet with clients, manage communications, and onboard new clients, ensuring their specific guidelines and expectations are met.

 

Strategy and Analysis –

• Play a crucial role in setting client strategies, reviewing keyword research, and performing competitor and data analysis to evaluate performance.

 

Project Management –

• Act as the intermediary between clients and delivery teams, coordinating effectively to ensure project success.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications –

• A relevant Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

 

Experience/Skills –

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of successful client communication.
• High level of proficiency in SEO tools and analytics platforms.
• Proficiency in interpreting large data sets and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent English speaker - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
