About the position

Job role- Webmaster, Web Content Manager

Immediate joiners or with 30-day notice period candidates are preferred.

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Technical Web Master to join our team to work on the content, minor code, and structural improvement for our client's global brands. You will grow your technical web and digital marketing capabilities in a highly dynamic, leading-edge blue-chip Multinational. You will show strong drive and determination to grow and develop into a world-class digital professional. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and will comfortably challenge and be challenged to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced and exciting environment. You will be structured and diligent but feel comfortable working in an ever-changing delivery landscape. You will ideally hold a degree while at the same time demonstrating the following minimum technical knowledge and experience:

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for all content changes and Front End related technical maintenance & support hosted live websites
• Single Point of Contact for all brand teams for website related query, support & changes (content or product updates)
• Creating new landing pages with new and existing components, editing existing pages, and optimizing the performance of key pages
• Supporting campaign launches by building competitions, forms, and digital experiences with third-party integrations.
• Regular tracking of analytics and digital quality reports, compliance & performance mitigation, as per our framework
• Raising IT support tickets for dev requests/bug fixes and liaising with agency support teams and global teams for critical projects
• Joining team calls/meetings with brand squads' - brainstorming ideas for critical campaigns and advising on platform capabilities
• Supporting with UAT checks of new site launches and migrations

Essential Skills

• Adobe Experience Manager development experience
• Web design & development experience (preferably for consumer brands)
• Good know-how about digital basics, UX trends, accessibility & best practices
• Basic knowledge of various CMS & web-platform technicalities
• Good familiarity & hands-on work on AEM
• Driven, sharp, fast learner, excellent communication skills
• Ability to build and develop strong relationships with both stakeholders and developers
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills
• Responsibility for tracking SEO and DMPT measurements to inform brand teams about site activity/opportunities and issues
• Familiarity with web standards

Desirable Skills

• Front End development languages: HTML, CSS (SASS), JavaScript, etc.
• Prior web development experience in a large multinational
• Experience with other digital tools, viz. Livechat, SEO, SMO etc.
• Familiarity with Adobe Marketing Cloud is a plus

You will be comfortable working without close supervision and will be strong support for the digital hub in the UK as part of a growing global network of Web Masters for the Client. You will drive the optimization of many client websites, helping to enhance content to meet consumer needs while seamlessly linking in with brand teams and technical platform support. You will be responsible for the eventual quality of the final products for the client, who is transforming their business to provide a world-class consumer experience.

In the role, you will develop the ability to create new pages with existing components and update existing pages with content from the brand and business teams while regularly tracking analytics and digital quality reports, compliance & performance mitigation. You will implement Front End related technical maintenance & support of AEM websites. You will be the single point of contact for all brand teams for website-related queries, support & changes (content or product updates).

The candidate should naturally build customer relationships and lead them through the processes necessary to deliver robust Business Intelligence solutions.
