Psybergate is an IT company that builds bespoke software solutions and provides highly skilled resources to its clients.
We are looking for a Senior Wallstreet Engineer to join our financial services client based in Sandton for a 12-months contract role.

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Wallstreet Engineer / Product Specialist - Wallstreet to play a pivotal role in analyzing the current technical architecture of the Wallstreet platform and designing future-fit solutions that support the company’s evolving foreign exchange (FX) needs.
What you will be doing: 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, document, and optimize existing Wallstreet platform functionality and its application within the business.
• Lead the design and implementation of future Wallstreet integration solutions using existing APIs and backend systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain platform performance and stability.
• Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide expert-level support and training to internal users and clients.
• Define and scope future product requirements based on business and market needs.
• Conduct regular product reviews to ensure ongoing alignment with strategic objectives.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
• In-depth knowledge and experience with the Wallstreet application.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to design, deliver, and validate technical solutions end-to-end.
