Client seeks a general Training Officer with a Degree, a Skills Development Facilitator qualification and 5-7 years' experience in a Training Development role - within the supply chain/ similar environment. Excellent skills and expertise of dealing with SETA , Workplace Skills Plan and Annual Training Report Submission essential. BBBEE scorecard knowledge required with advanced computer skills. Candidate must be energetic, have own transport and have experience within a large organization. Position will include Work Skills Plan and Annual Training Requirements, Scheduling of Training and Agreements, BBBEE Score Card for the Road Freight and Transport Sector, dealing with SETA and participate on the Employment Equity Committee. Only suitably qualified and skilled candidates will be considered.
