Senior Test Analyst – Oracle Fusion Stack

About the position

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience testing Oracle Fusion applications (ERP, EPM, HCM) in implementation, upgrade, or support projects; senior-level testing experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial processes, payroll, procurement, projects, consolidation, and HR processes.
• Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools (for example, Oracle ALM, JIRA, HP ALM, or similar).
• Practical SQL skills for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Experience facilitating UAT and working with global stakeholders and process owners.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
