Senior Tender Administrator

About the position

We are looking for a Senior Tender Administrator with 10 years' experience in managing complex tender processes. The role requires strong expertise in Pricing, Costing, and Financial Documentation, combined with excellent coordination and attention to detail.

What You'll Do:

• Manage the end-to-end tender process - from review to submission
• Prepare and verify pricing schedules, costing models, and financial documents
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with client requirements
• Maintain accurate records of all tenders and submissions
• Ensure all bids are competitive, professional, and compliant

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 10 years' experience in tender administration / bid coordination
• Strong knowledge of pricing, costing, and financial documentation
• Proven success in managing large and complex tenders
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office & tender management systems
