What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it)
You'll be the escalation point for L2/L3 technical issues on native iOS and Android apps - no coding required, but your app know-how will be essential. Expect to analyse crash logs, review API calls, and dissect technical issues with tools like Charles Proxy and Crashlytics. You'll work closely with developers, QA, and product teams, lead incident triage, and champion permanent fixes. Your role also includes improving processes, building tools, and spotting trends before they escalate.

You'll bring 8+ years in a technical support or triage role, with hands-on experience in native iOS and Android environments. You should be fluent in analysing logs, crash reports, HTTP/API calls, and using tools like Firebase. While no production coding is needed, you're not afraid to dig into the backend. Experience in fintech or compliance-heavy sectors is a bonus.
