Total CTC Package Offered | 3 days onsite + 2 remote

One of South Africa's most vital public sector entities-tasked with combatting money laundering and safeguarding the integrity of our financial system - is seeking a Senior Talent and Learning Specialist to help shape the future of its workforce.

We're looking for a self-starter who thrives in agile environments. If you've got a consulting mindset or come from the consulting world, even better.

What You'll Do:

  • Design and implement impactful learning and talent frameworks to elevate workforce capability.
  • Lead skills diagnostics, build learning strategies, and align development with business priorities.
  • Shape performance management, onboarding, succession planning, and other people-centric solutions.
  • Bring data into decisions-root cause analysis, organisational diagnostics, ROI metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and HR to drive a people-first, future-fit culture.

What You'll Need:

  • A relevant HR or related degree (NQF 7+).
  • 6+ years of L&D and talent development experience-bonus if paired with other HR capabilities.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, analytical, and coaching skills.
  • Familiarity with the full L&D value chain (e.g. ADDIE, WSP/ATR, competency frameworks).
  • Solid grasp of SAQA, skills development legislation, and performance enablement principles.
