About the position
We are seeking a skilled Systems Analyst to join our team and play a key role in bridging business needs with technology solutions. The Systems Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analysing, and translating business requirements into clear, functional specifications that support operational objectives. This role demands a detail-oriented professional with the ability to manage multiple projects, facilitate workshops, and ensure compliance with IT methodologies and security processes, ultimately driving successful project implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse business requirements and design feasible information system solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather user requirements.
- Document current and future business processes to perform fit-gap analyses.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, depending on complexity and scope.
- Apply IT-PEP methodology and utilize tools such as Figma for documentation.
- Ensure compliance with IT Security and OD36 processes (e.g., SIRA, DPIA, DPA, ISMS).
- Maintain direct communication with business departments to clarify requirements.
- Share experiences and best practices with stakeholders to streamline project delivery.
Qualifications:
- B.Sc / B.Comm / B.Sc Eng degree or related diploma.
- Prince2 Foundation certification.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven track record in managing multiple, large-scale IT projects.
- Experience successfully delivering complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of IT project methodologies, processes, and procedures.
- Motor industry knowledge and experience (advantageous).
- Ability to interrogate databases (SAP, Oracle).
- Understanding of web technologies, relational databases, and SQL.
- Deep understanding of business and IT processes.
- Proficiency in object-oriented approaches to Business Analysis, system design, and data modeling (Use Case).
