About the role

They are seeking a SYSPRO Support Consultant to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution. In this role, you will act as the ultimate escalation point for complex technical issues, drive data integrity, and optimize business processes to empower their clients’ operational growth.

What You Will Do

• Advanced ERP Support: Provide functional and technical support for financial, distribution, and manufacturing SYSPRO modules.
• Database Management: Design, develop, and maintain custom SQL scripts, triggers, and stored procedures to resolve database integrity issues.
• System Upgrades: Lead SYSPRO software upgrades, service pack deployments, and hotfix implementations.
• Workflow Optimization: Enhance client operations using SYSPRO Business Activity Queries and customized screens.
• Reporting Solutions: Build and customize financial and operational reports using Crystal Reports writer.
• Client Consultation: Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and train end-users on advanced system functionality.
• Team Leadership: Manage technical service desk tickets within SLA timelines and mentor junior consultants to grow overall team capabilities.

What They Are Looking For
 

• Hands-on experience in SYSPRO support and implementation.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in information technology, commerce, or business systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server database management and script writing.
• Understanding of SYSPRO’s financial, distribution, and manufacturing modules.
• SYSPRO Certified Professional or MCSA: SQL Server, is a bonus.
• Experience managing data migrations and resolving critical system crashes under high-pressure conditions.
