• Approve critical structural designs, intricate calculations, and detailed specifications to uphold the highest standards of technical excellence in structural engineering.

• Establish and enforce rigorous quality standards and industry best practices for all structural engineering projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering with a strong structural focus (Essential); a Master's degree in Structural Engineering is a significant advantage.
• ECSA Professional Registration.
• 10 - 15 years experience in structural engineering, with a significant portion dedicated to project leadership roles.
• Exceptional leadership, strong organizational prowess, and proven client management skills, specifically within the structural engineering domain.
