Senior Remuneration & Benefits Specialist ?? Johannesburg | National Role | Leading Public Sector Finance Institution A top-tier state-owned development finance institution is looking for a Remuneration & Benefits leader to shape reward strategy at a national level. ? Are you the right fit? Ask yourself: Do I have 7-10+ years' experience in remuneration and benefits at senior specialist level? Have I led the design and implementation of short- and long-term incentives, pension, and medical aid schemes? Am I confident working with job grading systems like Hay or Paterson? Do I come from the public sector, SOE, or financial services? Have I supported Remco, executive teams, or presented at board level? If yes - this is your next big step. ?? Your Impact: Shape and implement reward strategies and incentive schemes Lead job evaluation, grading, and benchmarking Drive remuneration governance and contribute to strategic HC projects Deliver impactful reports and insights to executive and board committees ?? Requirements: Degree in HR, Business, Finance or related Deep knowledge of benefits design, payroll/PAYE, and remuneration legislation Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; PMBOK or PRINCE2 an advantage Bonus: SAP HR and/or Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) ??
