About the position

A leading national institution in the agri-finance sector is searching for a seasoned Programme Manager to drive product development, systems rollout, and strategic partnerships across the trading and supply-chain ecosystem.

If you love complex projects, agricultural value chains, and creating financial solutions that actually move goods and grow markets, this one's for you.

What You'll Do

  • Lead major projects from idea ? design ? implementation
  • Develop and launch trade, trading & supply chain finance products
  • Drive system integration (front-end + back-end)
  • Manage transactions, risks, and operational processes
  • Build industry partnerships across suppliers, buyers, cooperatives & aggregators
  • Support revenue growth and product expansion

Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Honours degree in Commerce, Finance, Banking, Science, Agricultural Economics, or related

10+ years' experience in:

Trade finance / supply chain finance / working capital

Financial services operations or project management

Management roles (minimum 5 years)

Experience in agricultural value chains, co-ops, aggregators, or commodity environments

Strong background in project management, product development, and commercial banking operations

Experience with digital channels, fintech environments, or modern banking systems

Desired Skills:
