About the position

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to join an established digital product development team delivering innovative software solutions across the financial services and tourism sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned engineer who values technical excellence, autonomy and collaboration while working on complex, impactful projects.

Key Requirements

• 10+ years of experience developing and delivering production software.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design (OOD), Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and the confidence to work independently.
• Strong commitment to software quality, testing and continuous improvement.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate effectively with clients and technical teams.
• A valid South African ID and availability to work from South Africa.

Technology Stack:
C#, .NET, Java, Angular, React, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and SQL Server.

Tools and Platforms:
Visual Studio, Rider, IntelliJ IDEA, WebStorm, Git, Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, Application Insights, Slack and SonarQube.
