About the position

Senior SharePoint Developer

Build the digital workplace that actually worksWe’re looking for a Senior SharePoint Developer who can turn Microsoft 365 into more than just another collaboration tool. This is a hands-on role where you’ll design, build, and own enterprise-grade SharePoint Online solutions that automate processes, manage documents properly, and make life easier for the business.

You’ll work across SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and SPFx to deliver scalable collaboration, workflow automation, and document management solutions in a complex operational environment. If you enjoy solving real business problems with the Microsoft stack and mentoring others while you do it, this is for you.

What you’ll do

  • Design, develop, and support SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions
  • Build custom apps, forms, and workflows using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
  • Develop and maintain SharePoint Framework (SPFx) web parts and integrations
  • Integrate SharePoint with enterprise systems, databases, and third-party applications
  • Own document management, permissions, records management, and governance
  • Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and improve platform performance, security, and adoption
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members

RequirementsWhat you need
  • 7+ years’ experience in SharePoint development and administration
  • Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, SPFx, Power Platform, PowerShell, and Azure
  • Proven delivery of enterprise-scale collaboration and workflow solutions
  • Experience integrating SharePoint with ERP, HR, or other business-critical systems
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft security, governance, and compliance
  • Experience with ShareGate
Nice to have
  • Experience in mining, heavy industry, manufacturing, or large corporate environments
  • Exposure to digital transformation and process automation
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications
  • This is a senior role for someone who can shape SharePoint strategy, drive modernisation, and deliver automation that sticks.
