We're looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to help drive innovation within a world-class IT environment. You'll work on cutting-edge governance, risk, compliance, and digital transformation initiatives that support thousands of users across an international business.

What You'll Be Doing
No two days are the same! You'll be designing, developing and improving enterprise-grade applications while working alongside international teams and technical experts.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and enhancing custom applications on the ServiceNow platform
- Designing scalable solutions that solve real business challenges
- Modernising and streamlining existing code, APIs and integrations
- Integrating ServiceNow with SAP and other enterprise platforms
- Developing new functionality using modern ServiceNow capabilities
- Supporting and improving ServiceNow service structures
- Creating technical documentation, user guides and operational manuals
- Collaborating with architects, developers and business stakeholders across global teams
- Contributing ideas that improve processes, governance and overall platform performance
RequirementsWe're looking for someone who is confident working with:
- JavaScript
- Java
- JSON
- REST APIs
- ServiceNow Custom Application Development
- ServiceNow UI Builder
- Service Portal
- Themes & Widgets
- CMDB
- Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
- Enterprise Risk & Compliance
- Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
- SAP integrations
- NOW API
Experience with any of the following will definitely make you stand out:
- ServiceNow Risk & Compliance implementations
- SAP OData
- SAP Reporting
- SAP Analytics Cloud
- SAP Datasphere
- Power BI
- Agile or SAFe environments
- ITIL V4
- German language skills
- Technical governance experience
- Process optimisation and continuous improvement
You don't need to tick every single box, but ideally you'll have:
- A qualification in Information Technology or a related field
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- At least 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Experience working with international teams
- Excellent communication skills in English
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for solving problems
