About the position
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO / SD Functional Consultant with deep knowledge of configuration, design, and integration testing in S4 Hana environments. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the analysis, design, and implementation of SAP Finance (FI) and Sales & Distribution (SD) modules, ensuring business requirements are effectively translated into functional solutions.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the implementation of SAP FI and SD modules.
- Conduct thorough analysis of complex business processes and identify system solutions.
- Facilitate and lead workshops with business stakeholders to collect and validate requirements.
- Map client business processes and requirements to SAP functionality.
- Configure, test, and customize SAP modules based on specifications.
- Manage ticket handling and SLA adherence within an Agile environment.
- Document functional specifications, test cases, and implementation results.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Development teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Proactively identify gaps and propose workarounds or innovative solutions.
- Independently manage deliverables in accordance with Agile Working Model (AWM) expectations
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of IT or Finance-related experience across full SAP implementation cycles and support environments.
- Strong configuration and design expertise in SAP FICO and SAP SD.
- Solid working knowledge of S4 Hana systems.
- Experience in ticket management, SLA tracking, and Agile project methodologies.
- Proficient in integration testing and strong documentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and business analysis skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Finance, or relevant certifications.
