We looking for a Senior Sales Specialist that will be positioned as a highly customer-facing expert, who engages with senior leadership within client organisations, including C-suite executives, to build relationships, foster trust, and drive sales growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Spearhead sales of Infrastructure Solutions, including Co-location, Hybrid Networks (LAN, WAN, Internet, Cloud, Voice), and Network Security (FWaaS, DDoS, Secure Connect, Breach Detection).
- Deeply understood client needs, providing tailored solutions in Private, Public, and On- Premise Cloud, with a focus on Data Protection.
- Excell in business development in financial services sector and mining sector
- Engage with and influenced C-level executives, managing the complete sales conversation and negotiation to smoothly transition new clients.
- Conduct regular face-to-face customer meetings, following up with detailed meeting minutes for continuous engagement and relationship building.
- Identified and established customer technical needs, proposing suitable solutions.
- Develop and presented technical proposals and reports to clients, alongside composing tender responses to RFPs and RFIs.
- Manage a dynamic sales pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring predictable revenue and accurate forecasting through effective prioritization and opportunity building.
- Hold quota responsibility for assigned territory, overseeing monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and account planning.
EXPERIENCE
- 3-year tertiary qualification/ degree (Commercial/ Technical) in related field
- Relevant OEM certification; such as Cisco
- Able to meet sales targets
- 5-10 years' experience specifically selling or delivering services in a Telecommunications, ICT/Technology, systems implementation or Consulting environment
