About the position
Senior Sales & Operations Consultant
Location: Cape Town (CPT)
Salary: R25,000 CTC
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end bookings, ensuring all services are accurately captured and executed
- Handle telephonic and email booking requests with speed and precision
- Prepare and issue quotes within agreed turnaround times
- Maintain accurate records of all client communication and bookings
- Coordinate with operational teams, drivers, and guides to ensure seamless delivery
- Prepare detailed operational documents with clear instructions for service delivery
- Ensure pre-payments are received where applicable
- Manage changes to bookings and communicate updates to relevant teams
- Participate in a rotating standby roster, including after-hours, weekends, and public holidays
Minimum Requirements
- 5-10 years consulting experience within the tourism, transport, or service industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- High level of computer literacy
- Professional telephonic and written communication skills
- Valid Code B driver's licence
- Own reliable transport
Advantageous
- Tertiary qualification in Tourism, Operations, or a related field
- Sales and client service experience
- Guiding or on-the-ground operational experience
